The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), established in 1999, is one of the premier departments of AMC Engineering College, committed to academic excellence, innovation, and research.
The department offers a B.E. program in Electronics and Communication Engineering and two postgraduate programs — M.Tech. in Digital Electronics and Communication and M.Tech. in VLSI Design and Embedded Systems.
It is driven by a team of highly qualified, experienced, and dedicated faculty who ensure quality education and a strong research-oriented learning environment. The department is equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories and modern computing facilities that provide hands-on exposure to emerging technologies and industry-relevant skills.
The department also houses a VTU-recognized Research Centre that facilitates advanced research under the guidance of qualified supervisors and research scholars. The B.E. (ECE) program is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) under the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) framework, reflecting our commitment to continuous quality improvement.
